The Sunny Hills Olympics are Here!
Get ready, families! The Sunny Hills Olympic Games are in full swing! Students have been equally divided between 10 teams and will represent 10 different countries. Each team is made up of students from grades 2-5. Olympians will compete in 10 different events. Those events are the BobSled, Relay Race, Bottle-flipping, Scooter-Curling, Jump Rope Challenge, Scooter Triathlon, Speed Skating, and Rock Wall Climbing. The students have been training for these events with their teams beginning this week and are having a lot of fun! Our learning targets are TEAMWORK, COMMUNICATION, COOPERATION & SPORTSMANSHIP.
