Balanced Plates!

Your kids are pro's at picking out foods that create a "balanced plate!" We have done a variety of activities that challenge the kids to pick from a large variety of foods to find foods that fit into the 5 food groups: Proteins, Vegetables, Grains, Fruits and Dairy. We did a fun relay we did that incorporated riding scooters, jump-roping, dribbling a soccer and basketball!
