Balanced Plates

We are learning a lot about NUTRITION and how to make sure we are eating "Balanced" plates at each meal! Kids are learning the 5 food groups: Protein, Fruit, Vegetables, Dairy and Grain. They are also learning to categorize a wide variety of foods into the proper food groups.
