U-Create Workouts!


I'm looking for some BRAVE mustangs who know the difference between CARDIO-Respiratory Endurance and MUSCULAR Endurance! Send me a quick 3 minute video of a workout that alternates between 30 seconds of cardio and 30 seconds of muscular endurance! That's just 3 exercises of each.
